I have been experiencing some drastic change in palate the past few years (finally appreciating brussels sprouts and shrimp!) but I didn't care for asparagus too much as a kid and frankly never looked back. UNTIL NOW. I will give the chopped egg vinaigrette a shot, I very moderately liked it as a kid so there is a small possibility it'll be straight up addictive at my current age.
Taruschio’s recipe with breadcrumbs and Parmesan proved a hit with my Saturday Cooks crowd! It’s in his Walnut Tree book ….
Ooh that sounds so good
So many terrific ideas here. Thank you!
What are your faves that you like to make?
Well the chowder idea caught my eye especially 💚
It’s delish! What do you like to make with asparagus? I can see you’re a foodie
Well, since you ask, I just yesterday posted the first of a few asparagus recipes: https://kathyslack.substack.com/p/asparagus-orzo-wild-garlic-breadcrumbs

Let me know how you get on ♥️
That made me a) hungry, b) laugh and c) think you should run a restaurant or at least supper clubs.
Ok but can someone else do the washing up please?
